30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom-made items (including embroidered throws and made-to-measure pieces) cannot be returned, unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
Email returns@valoriallc.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. For faulty items, we cover return shipping in full.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original method of payment.
