- Standard items (grooming, throws): 3–5 business days.
- Handmade-to-order items (collars, leashes, harnesses, beds): 5–10 business days.
- Personalized items (embroidered throws): an additional 5 business days.
Shipping Carriers and Delivery
Domestic US orders ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
International orders ship via DHL Express. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
